We email a personal link to a short neurodevelopmental screening questionnaire to the person you choose — the parent/carer, or the student's teacher.
A thegrowspace psychologist reviews the responses.
A short summary goes back to the parent and, if the parent agrees, to your team.
If it would help, we can arrange a consultation with your team.

This is screening, not a diagnosis. The questionnaire helps focus attention on what a student may need. It does not replace a psychological assessment or your team's professional judgement.
